Machine Remote Diagnostics

All new TOSHULIN machines can be equipped with machine remote diagnostics. This feature means a great advantage for the customer if diagnostics shall be performed and in most cases, when the machine is out of order and troubleshooting must be performed. Main advantages of remote diagnostics are:

• The quickest possible way how to detect a failure reason at the machine
• Very short time between the message about a failure and the first on-line contact with the customer
• If it is possible to consider immediately together with the customer whether a spare part is necessary
• Efficiency at problem solution is 80-90%
• If the control system fails, it is possible to perform its remote implementation
